The Wellbeing Circle
4-Week Accountability Program

Build sustainable wellbeing habits through connection, gentle structure, and small group support.

The Wellness Circle is a 4-week, in-person program designed for anyone who wants to feel supported in creating lasting wellbeing routines. Through weekly sessions with a small, like-minded group, you’ll learn practical tools, explore mindful practices, and cultivate habits that stick, all while being guided with care and encouragement by Anita, our experienced Somatic Counsellor at Pure Soul Wellness.

This program is not about perfection, it’s about progress, presence and support.

 
What the Program Involves
 

Welcome Session (April 27th):
Step into the course with support and clarity. Meet Anita, our Somatic Counsellor at Pure Soul Wellness, and get an overview of what each week will involve. Set intentions for your journey, ask questions, and feel supported as you begin this small-group experience.


Week 1 – Movement & Realistic Goal-Setting:
Learn practical habit-building strategies that prioritise consistency over intensity. Set achievable goals that create momentum instead of burnout.


Week 2 – Creativity & Self-Compassion:
Reconnect with your playful, creative self through art-based exercises where there’s no “right way.” Discover how self-compassion and mindful slowing can quiet the inner critic.


Week 3 – Connecting to Nature & Mindfulness:
Learn simple, mindful nature practices you can do in just 5 minutes, even with houseplants! Reset, recharge, and reconnect with the world around you.

Week 4 – Belonging & Community:
Experience the power of connection through shared space, gentle movement, and authentic community. This week focuses on feeling supported, seen, and grounded as you integrate everything 


Bonus Week – Celebrating Wins (Date TBC: June 1st or June 8th):
After completing the 4-week program, we’ll come together as a group to celebrate your progress and all the small and big wins along the way. This session is a chance to reflect, connect, and enjoy the journey you’ve created with support and community.


Follow-Up Check-in (July 6th):
We’ll meet again to see how everyone is going, share insights, and offer gentle guidance to help you continue the habits and practices you’ve built. This is your opportunity to reconnect, ask questions, and feel supported as you maintain your wellbeing beyond the program.

Unlike crash wellness programs that demand perfection or focus on just one aspect of your health, The Wellness Circle draws on the five pillars of wellbeing to support gentle, sustainable improvements that naturally compound into lasting life changes.

Inspired by Julia Hotz’ The Connection Cure and the principles of social prescribing, this program helps you reconnect to what truly matters to you, your values, your body, your mind, and your community.
