About Pure Soul Wellness

Pure Soul Wellness is a holistic health clinic based in Maylands, Western Australia, offering services including kinesiology, neurofeedback, counselling and somatic psychotherapy, acupuncture, nutrition and dietetics, red light therapy and far-infrared sauna, and related workshops and training.

Pure Soul Wellness and its practitioners cannot guarantee any particular outcome, benefit, or result from any service.

Understanding the nature of therapeutic work

Therapy and related processes can, by their nature, bring up a range of feelings, reactions, or emotional responses as you work through difficult experiences - this is a normal and expected part of the process for many people. If you experience a reaction that concerns you, or you have any personal or professional commitments that could be affected, please let your practitioner know so your care can be adjusted appropriately.

Use of this website

Bookings, appointments and cancellations

We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. When you book with us, that time is held specifically for you - cancelling with less than 24 hours' notice, or missing an appointment without notice, means another client couldn't be offered that space, so a missed appointment fee will apply in these circumstances. Due to high demand for some services, you may be required to pay for your initial appointment at the time of booking to secure it. We understand things come up - please contact us as early as you can if you need to change or cancel a booking. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule appointments at our discretion, including where a service is not clinically appropriate.

Enquiry forms and communications

By submitting an enquiry, booking request, or newsletter sign-up through this website, you consent to us contacting you using the details provided, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please avoid submitting sensitive health information through the general enquiry form beyond what is necessary for us to respond to your enquiry.
